What data is processed

  • Contact form entries: name, email address and message.
  • A technical checksum (hash) of the IP address, used for spam protection and to limit how many messages can be sent. The IP address itself is not stored in plain text.
  • The time the message was sent.
03

Purpose

The data is used only to reply to your enquiry about an apprenticeship, a meeting or application documents. There is no advertising, no profiling and no automated decision-making.

04

Storage and access

Messages are stored in an access-protected database provided by the hosting platform of this website. Only the responsible person can read them, through a password-protected area. Data is transferred over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

05

Retention and deletion

Messages are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for the application process, and at the latest twelve months after they arrive. Deletion can be requested at any time through the contact form.

06

Cookies, tracking and analytics

This website uses no marketing or analytics cookies. No tracking services, ad networks or social media pixels are used. The language choice is part of the address (/de, /en, /fr) and needs no cookie.

07

08

Your rights

Under the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of processing, and the right to withdraw consent. Requests can be made through the contact form.
